Chosen Number Fees

Nowadays many companies opt for a Non-Geographic Number (NGN) to advertise their business, such as an 0800 or 0845 number. The main reason, of course, being that an NGN can give a company a much bigger business presence, and also provide benefits for both customers and the business. But with so many businesses using the option of NGNs, how can you make your business stand out? Ordinarily we provide NGNs with no connection fee, so you can order a number and have it up and running in no time without paying anything. However, if you chose this option, your number is randomly selected and then connected to the destination number of your choice, and you have no input or idea what the number will be. The Chosen Number option allows you to choose a memorable number, maybe ending in doubles or consecutive numbers, for a small fee. The memorability of the number determines the fee but as it’s only a one-off payment, the benefits far outweigh this initial cost.

Memorable numbers have been proven in the past the increase initial and repeat business, as customers may view your company’s advertisement just once and if the number is memorable, the likelihood they will call your business is greatly increased. A memorable number could make your business the customer’s first point of call for the particular service you provide.
